Helping the Blind

(Up to: Fun With String Ideas )

: After a discussion with Joe this morning, we have invented a system to allow the blind people to live a normal life using simple household objects, i.e. string and knots.

Through this complicated system of ancient and arcane and patented
knowledge, a language of string manipulation, we think the world will
benefit.

Useful items can be stored within easy reach, and thanks to the
hierarchical properties gained by tying string together, related items may
be nested in substructures.
