Humans don't Cast Information

(Up to: Emergent Network Protocols Proles And Technology )

If we assume that all data is completely untyped, can we build systems that react better to it, and thus are more "natural" in how they integrate with us?

After all, typing is only relevant to a machine, not to its user. By forcing limits onto any data or information that a human might use (outside the scope of the machine), it is unnatural.

Information is just that - a concept. There is no real difference (to us) between a date and a number, or between the number "4" and the word "apple". Each relates to a concept (see also Language And Intellect for more on meaningful/less symbols), and real meaning only emerges when these concepts are combined, such as "4 apples".
